$ 350 price Essential's Next Smartphone Revealed Featuring Unusually

Essential founder Andy Rubin posted images of a new mobile phone yesterday, but it wasn't clear whether this was an Essential product or from another venture. After revealing that a new product is in the pipeline last year, Essential founder Andy Rubin has shared the first look of the company's next phone via a short video and a few live images. Essential's upcoming phone is shown to have a very tall aspect ratio and a single rear camera housed in a large circular module. The phone defines conventional design standards and has a candy bar form factor with a metallic lustre finish on its rear panel.
Now, Essential has confirmed that it is indeed working on this device, posting a series of photos on Twitter as well. Check them out below.
The former Google employee, who is also credited with building the Android operating system, used the words "GEM Colorshift Material" in his tweet, suggesting that the phone could be called an essential gem when it was launched. This is supported by the fact that Essential has already filed a patent application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to trademark the name. Rubin noted in a later tweet that the company was "still dialing in colors".
It is worth noting that the device actually seems very small, similar to Android TV remote. This suggests that it may be a companion device to the Palm phone. Then again, Palms device appears to catch on with a wider audience, possibly due to its $ 350 price tag and the existence of smartwatches and cheap Android phones.
When I say a new phone, I really mean the new phone. Andy Rubin, known as the co-founder of the Android operating system and an executive on essential products. Photographs of an undeclared phone with an unusual appearance. They have also shared some pictures showing the front face of the Essential phone and its display has a longer aspect ratio which we have seen recently on smartphones. The phone can be clearly seen sporting a punch-hole camera. Rubin mentioned that the new UI is working on a different form factor. While the Essential Founder didn't reveal much about the new UI, the phone displays applications in a card-like interface to make the most of its slim performance.
Which has not been formally announced and has no known name - long and thin. Really tall and thin. Rubin showed four instruments, each a different color that Rubin referred to as the "GEM Colorshift Material". The blue, red, orange and sea green finishes are highly reflective and change as the phone is tilted back and forth. Rubin said whoever is developing the equipment is still "dialing in colors."
Essential revealed back in September last year that the company was working on AI-powered phones that would mimic users and automatically respond to messages and book appointments on their behalf. It was also reported that the upcoming phone will sport a smaller display and can be controlled primarily using voice commands. Rubin's tweet and phone UI suggest that Essential Gem, or whatever company decides to call it, may well be a phone in development for more than a year.

However, there is no word when the phone will debut. The official Essential Twitter handle also shared a couple of images of the company's upcoming phone and mentioned that it is currently under testing with its team. An XDA-Developers report states that Essential's next phone might run Android 10 and will reportedly be powered by the Snapdragon 730 SoC.In a world where phone screens keep getting bigger and wider -- including fold-out displays and second screens -- going taller to adjust the placement of important info and notifications is certainly one way to stand out. Last year Rubin suggested a way to solve phone addiction is by moving to a "relatively small" screen combined with software that responds mostly to voice commands -- is this it?
